Addison Quintana is a Colorado strategic IT consultant who leads Performance Engineering Solutions and drives digital transformation efforts. With a deep understanding of technologies and their utility, she has applied next-generation machine learning and AI solutions within corporate settings. Previously, Ms. Quintana served as a technical program director with Western Union, leading the technical implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiative that involved Salesforce and Oracle platforms. Partnering with vendors across work streams, she defined the scope of work and scheduling and ensured efficient delivery across domains. The firm’s vice president of corporate systems selected her to improve systems and software engineering capabilities, and she transitioned Western Union to a scaled agile framework.

Ms. Quintana is a Princeton University graduate who remains active with the Princeton Schools Committee and Princeton Alumni Association. Additionally involved in her professional community, Addison Quintana serves as co-chair of The American Society for Quality.
